The wedding rehearsal was going perfectly until it was time to practice the vows. The groom walked up to the altar, took the bride’s hand, and gave her a big, dramatic look.
The priest whispered, “Now, repeat after me: ‘I promise to be true in good times and in bad, in sickness and in health.'”
The groom nodded seriously and then shouted, “I promise to love you even during football season!”
The entire room burst into laughter, realizing that some promises might be harder to keep than others!
